Clarence "Clancy" Catt, 65, Oblong, Illinois passed away at 3:55 a.m. Saturday, October 31, 2009, at his residence. Born in Gary, Indiana on May 1, 1944, he was the son of Charles "Charlie" Catt and Mary Marie (Taylor) Catt. He served in the U. S. Navy. He worked for Pilot Catastrophe, Mobile, Alabama as an Insurance Adjustor, then with American Claim Service and retired from Doley Claim Service, Danville, Illinois. He enjoyed reading, riding his motorcycle, working in the yard. He was a car buff and enjoyed going to garage sales with Tina.

He is survived by Tina Stout a companion for many years; one daughter, Rachel Utley and her three children, Haley, Hunter, and Harmony Utley; Tina's son and grandson, Travis and Asher Irvin; two brothers, John Catt and Greg Catt; one sister and brother-in-law, Mary & Abraham Rudy; and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Russell "Russ" Catt.

Burial will be in Shilo Cemetery, Willow Hill, Illinois.
