Florence E. Elliott, 89, Oblong, Illinois passed away Saturday February 5, 2005 at 3:05 A. M. at Crawford Memorial Hospital, Robinson, Illinois. Florence was born on January 8, 1916, in Crawford County, Illinois and was the daughter of Robert Johnson and Laura (Ridgeway) Johnson. On November 19, 1932, she married Loren K. Elliott who preceded her in death on April 19, 1977. Florence worked for the Ettlebrick Shoe Factory in Robinson for 22 years. Florence was a member of First Baptist Church, Oblong.

Florence is survived by three sons and a daughter-in-law, Donald D. & Darlene Elliott, Larry Elliott and Gary Elliott; three daughters Donna Polley, Shirley Schedlbauer, and Sharon Mewmaw; 11 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Florence's parents; husband; one daughter (Linda Darlene Elliott); four sisters Lulu Snider, Minnie Francis, Ethel Cartright and Edna Hall; and one granddaughter Kimberly Mae Elliott all preceded her in death,

Burial will be in Butternut Cemetery, rural Clark County, Illinois.
